Even though December is almost always a more quiet time of year in the real estate market, it looks like prices in your Charlotte neighborhoods just continue to go up, Nina. Even with a little bit of a decline in inventory. It will be interesting to see how 2018 plays out.

So, a friend of mine recently moved to the Charlotte area and his Mom has lived there for a while.  When he called yesterday, I asked him if he was going to drive through Indian Land, he said that it is in South Carolina.  He says his Mom lives in Indian Trail.  I thought it was so cool that I could talk intelligently with him about the area, haha.  It's all because of you!!!
