Miami is likely to be one of the most successful markets for crytpo-currency real estate deals for a variety of reasons and because of this, certain agents including myself have embraced the "first wave" of buyers. Many of these buyers are leveraging new gains in the crypto world to purchase hard assets in the form of second home or investment properties.
The volatility of the crypto markets has created huge gains for early investors but the inherent risk of the market swings and potential hacking threats had lead some to re-invest in real estate throughout Miami Beach, and other popular areas.

Another benefit of leveraging crypto currency in the South Florida Real Estate market is because we already have such an abundance of foreign owners and buyers who purchase as a safe haven from instability of their native economies.
