I was asked over the weekend what do I think is the secret to having real estate marketing success on social media. I know my answer disappointed the person asking the question because I think they were expecting an A to Z or step-by-step how-to. My answer was "just do it". Like this classic Art Williams video stresses, we need to stop talking about doing things and just jump in and get those things done. I am committed in 2018 to do that...are you, Rainers?
Did You Know...according to OmniCoreAgency, the average Facebook user is connected to 80 pages, groups, and/or events. Go where consumers frequent and your odds of picking up new prospects goes up drastically. ;-)
If you are into posting original videos or broadcasts on FB, you will be pleased to hear they are rolling out Sound Collection which gives developers access to thousands of audio tracks and sound effects. Check out SC and see if it is something you want to add to your real estate social media toolbelt.
