There will be a great yoga event at the Southridge Rec Center on Saturday January 27th from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. This is Glow in the Dark Adult Yoga. This is a full experience from start to finish. It’s a unique event in Highlands Ranch, and we are no stranger to unique events in Highlands Ranch property management. If you have never tried the glow in the dark yoga, you should consider it if there are still tickets available. There should be tickets available if you are reading this now. Tickets are $25 in advance and be ordered online, or at any rec center. Tickets will be $30 at the door as supplies remain.
Your ticket for the event is going to include glow paint, necklace, 1 glass of wine or beer and very light refreshments. Additional beer and wine available for purchase. The entire night is 21+ and ID’s will be checked at the door. Wear your favorite neon yoga clothes and come move to a mellow rhythmic black light vinyasa flow set to a unique playlist, under the black lights. The allure: Unlike a typical class, practicing in near darkness makes you more cognizant of your surroundings-your brain relies on heightened awareness from sense other than your vision to process sensory information to stay balanced. Any fans of yoga who want to unwind after an hour and a half of stretching, will love this event. Come by and enjoy the time.
