Was looking at our 2017 Member profile and wanted to share some stats I found interesting.
Our local association ,Orlando Regional Realtor Assn, ORRA is #8 in the country, with 14,214 members!
19% have less than 1year of experience and 6% have over 20 years.
We are relatively equal in gender, with the females leading by a small margin 63 to 47%.
The majority ( 54%) of our agents/brokers under 49, showing that we stil have a lot of young people interested in our profession.
31% of our membership have a designation or certification, with the top 5 being:
GKC Gold Key Certification (ORRA)
GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute (NAR)
ABR Accredited Buyer Representative (NAR)
CIPS Certified International Property Specialist (NAR)
CRS Council of Residential Specialists (NAR)
Last year we hosted 146 LIVE classes (in spite of losing our facility for over 2 months due to hurricane damage!
