That's a nice home, Kristin.  Does the HOA take care of the outside painting of the homes?  I ask because Valorie and I specialize in Casta del Sol, a 55+ community, and the HOA takes care of painting the outside of the house every 10 years, and the trim every 6 years.  I was wondering if other 55+ communities do something similar?

No Four Seasons Communities do not take care of the individual homes but only all the community clubhouses and gym facilities.  It is one of the loveliest communities I have ever sold in.
