As part of the AR Challenge from Lynn B. Friedman we are being asked to re-blog two posts with a thorough introduction. If you don't know this lady by now, I'd like to introduce you to Jenna Dixon from Marietta, GA. After an 18 month hiatus, she's back. Sometimes getting back into the swing of things is harder to do than it sounds. It's like exercise. Once you stop, the intention is there, you may have the will power and determination, but then something stops you from doing it.
Let's make this a Happy New Year for Jenna and others who could use our support. I know, with lead generation on the mind, keeping busy demands, and giving other AR Members the courtesy of commenting on a regular basis, why not reach out to those in need who are motivated but could use a little more encouragement. You never know when you might need a referral from Marietta, GA. Do you?
For your goal settings for 2018, let there be peace of mind knowing you left no AR blogger left behind. Imagine what a world it would be if we had friends from every corner of the world, every state in the United States, Canada too, and every city you can think of. Oh what a wonderful world if you could make it a Happy New Year for all!!!

I'm BAAAAACCCKKK! It's been about 18 months since I posted on ActiveRain. No time like the present to jump right back in with both feet.
I'm sure it will take me awhile to figure out how the landscape has changed, who's who, new rules, new leaders, new feuds...
New Year, New Business Goals, New Team Members!
My purpose here is simple:
Grow my business. I am adding 2 new team members this year. One person will be assisting me with marketing and lead generation/follow up and the other will be a new buyer's agent.
Market my listings.
Attract new buyers.
Provide great information on the communities that I serve.
Keep the public updated on our local real estate market.
It's going to be an exciting year for our new team. I hope you will all stick around to watch the show.
