Mission Viejo Home Values 1/14/2018
This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 6.4 percent, new homes are up 4.5 percent and resale condos are up 4.5 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 2.5 percent, down 6.4 percent on condos and up 13.8 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.6 percent and the sales volume is down 1.7 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 5.1 percent and the sales volume is down 5.6 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 2.6 and the sales volume is down 11.1 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 2.7 percent and the sales volume is up 4.2 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 1.4 percent and the sales volume down 12.2 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 5.5 percent and the sales volume is down 16.0 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are down 0.1 percent and the sales volume is down 5.8 percent.
Again I need to point out that not a lot is going on yet this year but I will wait until after Superbowl before I try to determin what is going on in the market this year.
