Everyone has, or knows, those real estate developers in your community that have mad a mark. They have taken run down malls or areas, and breathed new life into them with new developments. Or they've taken a vibrant area, and made it even more so with the addition of mixed-used development that brought more activity and growth to an area. 

Atlanta has such the individual in Mark Toro, Managing Partner at North American Properties. Mark lives in Midtown Atlanta and walks to his office daily. His company has recently taken over the retail portion of Colony Square in Midtown and are working on creating a whole new concept. #csreimagined.
