Granite Heights by Toll Brothers located in the Cliffs Village of Summerlin offers residents spectacular views of nature’s beauty.  The neighborhood is at the closest point to Spring Mountain where the ridgeline can be seen and there are incredible views of the Strip.

The largest home at 3,291 square feet is named the Quartz Plan.  The model home shows it as a three bedroom however can be a four bedroom and include a pocket office.  This home also features expansive sliding glass doors that open up the great room to blend with the covered outside patio.  There is also a gourmet kitchen with a waterfall island and the master bedroom features a master bath and king-sized walk-in closet.  The other bedrooms feature large closets and full baths.

The Onyx floor plan offers 3,156 square feet of space with a private entry courtyard plus a space that can be used as a den or office. The Topaz offers 3,238 square feet with a master bedroom that features a sitting area, dual walk-in closet along with a lavish master bath.  There is also a sliding door system that opens the home up to the outdoor covered patio.

The Cliffs has all the many amenities of Summerlin – parks, recreation centers and community pools, trails and wonderful schools just to name a few.
