There is also a gourmet kitchen with a waterfall island and the master bedroom features a master bath and king-sized walk-in closet. The other bedrooms feature large closets and full baths.

The Topaz offers 3,238 square feet with a master bedroom that features a sitting area, dual walk-in closet along with a lavish master bath. There is also a sliding door system that opens the home up to the outdoor covered patio.
