I had the pleasure of visiting the new Landon Homes Community in Allen named Walnut Springs At Twin Creeks. This new 110 home community has begun construction and is located in the highly desired and regarded Twin Creeks Community in Allen. I believe I am correct in tellin you, that this is the last new home construction that will be available in Twin Creeks!
This community is located between Marshall Drive and Ridgeview Drive on the north and south and between Walnut Springs and Exchange Parkway on the east and west. The homes are less than a mile walking distance to one of the top-rated if not the top-rated elementary schools in Texas Mary Evans Elementary. It will also be a short walk to the new Allen ISD STEAM campus that is under construction on the east side of Exchange Parkway and Ridgeview Drive.
Leslie Owens the Community Sales Manager and Susan Stoldt the Sales Counselor were very generous with their time and sharing with me all the great standard features and upgrades that Landon Homes provides their homebuyers. I have personally sold a Landon Homes product before and they were great to work with. There will 13 different floor plans to choose from and both one-story and two-story models will be available. The size of homes will vary between 2,318 sq.ft. and 4,475 sq.ft. The base pricing will range from $486,990 and up to $610,990 with many models base price in the low to mid $500's. The standard lots will be 60' x 120' for this community.
When speaking with both Leslie and Susan, I was very impressed with their knowledge of their product and how much value they believe they offer to their homebuyers. Once again, the list of standard features was very impressive. Here are just a few of the standard features that Leslie highlighted for me.

- Tankless water heaters.
- 2" x 6" exterior wall construction
- Carrier 16 SEER high efficiency air-conditioning w/central gas heater.

Also construction should begin soon on the latest mixed-use development called The Strand which will just east at Hwy. 121 and Alma. This new development is being done by Hines who are the same people who developed The Galleria in Dallas.
