How to prevent or solve a government shutdown
Here is my remedy for the problem.
#1 When people go on strike they don't get paid, neither should you Congress.
#2 After the shutdown is over, you don't get back pay like the people who you shutdown will.
#3 Each house, Senate and House of Representatives must stay in their chambers until you pass a resolution restoring funding. You don't get to go home.
How long do you think this shutdown will last if my idea was enacted?
