This weeks report on home values for Corona del Mar and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Corona del Mar Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 7.1 percent, new homes are up 2.4 percent and resale condos are up 6.6 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 2.8 percent, down 4.0 percent on condos and up 2.1 percent for new homes.
Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 5.7 percent and the sales volume is up 9.1 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.9 percent and the sales volume is down 7.0 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are down 5.0 percent and the sales volume is up 41.7 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 5.1 and the sales volume is down 9.5 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 6.1 percent and the sales volume is down 9.1 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 2.5 percent and the sales volume up 6.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 13.6 percent and the sales volume is down 23.3 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 15.5 percent and the sales volume is down 22.2 percent.
The market is awakening and begining to move. I see many buyers looking for more inventory and they are ready to move forward as soon as there are properties to purchase.
