Attitude is everything

Ok I know it is a cliche but it is true.  Come into an office in a down state and guess what you will drain the energy of everyone around you.  Don't bring your problems to work... another old saying- but true.  Have you ever worked with someone who is constantly on the phone talking aobut  everything but business.  They gripe at the end of the month because they have no business.

I lately have done some examination of my strenghts and weaknesses.  We are all our worst enemy. How many of us get into a routine or should I say rut-tine?  I have stopped that. If I did it before I don't do it now.  My phone is starting to ring more and I m receiving more referrals. Listen to yourself. If you sound negative, you are. If you sound enegetic, spread the vibes.  Have a great week!

Kate, The people with the best attitudes get more business. Who wants to work with someone unhappy. Not Me!

Have a great week also!

This has been very true recently especially with everything going on. I am trying to stay in a ROUtine not in a RUTtine. We have to show positive energy, not negative energy towards people so that we may be able to prosper and conquer!

Kate, I think many of us get in a rut-tine (I do like that new word I just learned today) - my biggest rut-tine is when I start researching something and get distracted by other things, after about 15-20 looking in the wrong place I have to bring myself back to what I was searching for - graet advice, I've been doing better lately by keeping on task, thanks for the reminder. Hey, and GREAT the phones ringing more, keep it up!

Thanks, Kate!!

In our office, we hold Team Meetings every Monday morning.  This helps give me that "jump start" I need for the week.  Together, we come up with a weekly office goal, and individually we define our personal goals.  Then we schedule the activities!!  Everyone is so helpful, and encouraging with each other.  It is teamwork at its best!!

Kate - I've been guilty of being completely stressed over the last four days with 3 transactions that will probably not occur.  It's completely out of my control and I have to let it go and move forward.  Thanks for the reminder to kick my woes to the curb!
