I have not seen any counties in my area that are cheaper to rent

To rent a decent house in my area is about $1500 per month.  I am seeing people pay upwards to $2000 per month.  So when a renter calls me and says they're looking for a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a living room, eat in kitchen and 2 car garage for under $900, I just shake my head. Housing prices are increasing making it difficult to rent and there are programs that are making it easier to purchase.
