Not So Sexy Looking

Well, I guess sexy is in the eye of the beholder, as that yacht looks pretty sexy to me, haha.

What a beautiful yacht!.  We see Paul Allen's yacht, Octopus, in our harbor every so often.  He has a home in Montecito, hopefully his home is intact.  I have a feeling that he will not be showing up here for a while.  

When we were in Ocean Reef on one of our visits, we toured a beautiful yacht, no helipad.  The maker upon hearing that we in real estate offered us a commission of $1million dollars if we could sell it.  The price was 20 million.  We respectfully declined, as what we know nothing when it comes to yachts.

Later that evening at a dinner party, the lady seated next to me was touring it the yacht at the same time wer were.  I asked her opinion as she is a yacht owner...all she liked about it was th engine room, and did not think the rest waa that great!  A

Wow Marco - good catch!  What an awesome yacht that would be prefect for a AR meetup! Can you make that happen - I can imagine we'd have a big crew on board!

Last cruise out of Miami saw a few little tugs that cost more than 2.25 books of green stamps. I heard the owner is an AR blogger and bought it pushing half their point chips toward the marine yard dealer Marco Giancola ! I'll hang onto my Wellcraft lake boat.

I actually really like the classic styling of this yacht, but you're right, it's not as sexy as the one in your next post.

The nuclear powered submarine I served on was smaller than this behemoth Marco Giancola. 

Our boat is 39'. I cannot imagine one that big. Some people have way too much money!

I find this boat pretty sexy as well.  Just in a different way.

Sounds just perfect for the up and coming real estate agent. You have your car, your boats, your helicopter all ready for that one pop by buyer who has to see the property right now.

It takes a village to keep that baby moving and working. It would be fun to tour the ship and see how everyone lives.
