Pulte Homes has announced its newest neighborhood Bellano located in Lake Las Vegas. This neighborhood is Pulte Homes first community in this area.
Bellano features three single-story floor plans with Italian inspired exteriors in keeping with the design offered throughout the master plan. Pre-selling is available and there are two fully furnished model homes to view.

Tifton Walk is the third floor plan with 1,920 square feet of space – three bedrooms, 2-2 ½ baths, open great room with a modern kitchen design, and a two-car garage. The pricing of this plan starts at $353,880.
