On the Second Quarter 149 sales with an Average Sold Price of $614749
On the Third Quarter 179 homes were sold with an Average Sold Price of $629,203
On the 4th Quarter 152 homes closed escrow and the Average Sold Price was $641,282
In 2017 the real estate listings market was veery thight, at the end 36 more homes were sold compare to 2016.
The 2017 Average Sold Price was $652,588, a house with 4 bedrooms 2 baths, 1,908 sq ft home, 10,458 sq ft lot and 34 days on the market.
From all the sales, 9 were bank owned, 6 on short sales, 17 on probates, 6 on auction, 1 on bankruptcy, 8 with notice of default and the rest were standard sales
On 2016, the number of homes sold was 487,and the yearly Average Sold Price was $618,718 a house with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1,960 sq ft home and 11,139 sq ft lot and 48 days on the market,
Part of the total sales, 11 had notice of default, 9 were foreclosures, 14 on short sale, 6 on probates, 4 on auction, and 1 on bankruptcy.
