While the rest of the country deals with rain, snow, and tsunami warnings, our Lake Havasu lifestyle allows us to enjoy the spring-like weather in the middle of winter. We started the year off right with some great events. First, vintage VW lovers camped out by the bridge for the Buses Under the Bridge event. Then, last weekend, the skies filled up with hot air balloons for the Havasu Balloon Festival. Tomorrow, you're invited to the Lake Havasu Top Chef & Wine Tasting 2018 event at the London Bridge Resort.

If you like to watch cooking competitions like Chopped, Iron Chef, or Cutthroat Kitchen, you're going to love Lake Havasu Top Chef. That's because you don't just watch this one. You get to taste it. And with wine, too! Watch local chefs compete for the grand prize and bragging rights as Lake Havasu's Top Chef. Guests enjoy appetizers made by the talented competitors while also tasting a selection of wine and beer. In addition to the Top Chef competition, bartenders compete for the title of "Top Mixologist". Sounds to me like everyone goes home a winner here.

Tickets for the Lake Havasu Top Chef & Wine Tasting 2018 event cost $50 per person. They can be purchased online at the Lake Havasu Hospitality Association's website. Or visit the Havasu Chamber of Commerce, Hampton Inn, London Bridge Resort, Nautical Resort, or Shugrue's before tomorrow night to buy your tickets in person. Seats are limited. So, you'd better act fast.
