Wordless Wednesday, Some Inspectors Do More

By
Managing Real Estate Broker with Keller Williams Bellevue 47538

Some Inspectors do more. Some go deeper, leave nothing to chance and check every crack, nook, crevice and cranny!

While showing homes tonight, my clients son couldn't resist investigating the empty cabinets in this vacant home.  This home isn't for them, but we can say our inspector had a good time exploring every detail!

Photo used with my clients permission.

Yes the better the inspector the more likely the buyer will go in with open eyes. Just as any inspector on this platform, Endre

That is so cute, it looks like the inspector will be happy as long as there are places to explore!

Hi Dan

I just stumbled across this  - what a great photo. I have seen some REAL inspectors climb in some pretty small spaces.

Have a great weekend!

Oh isn't that the cutest?  I love how kids are drawn to exploring the ordinary - especially if it's a space with door...hahaha.

He could have just discovered his future career!  If the parents keep taking him to showings, he might get the hang of it.
