Our Mortgage Advisors will contact the agent's prospects, making the point that they're calling for the agent. We can find out what the prospect wants in a home and set up a time for the agent to get in touch. We use the Chime CRM, meaning that all of our notes about conversations are available to the agent, so we're always on the same page.
Are agents ever worried about losing control?
We really haven't had a problem with that issue. We have detailed discussions to define the strategy the agent wants us to follow. We tailor our approach to meet the needs of each agent, so it's a win for everyone.
