Darrel and Neal — what's your secret?

Canlas Brothers:

Consistency — being persistent and committed and disciplined toward what you want. Essentially, you can achieve anything you want in life. You just have to work hard for it and go for it.


I heard you mention that you use BombBomb. What's the most effective way for you to use that platform?

Canlas Brothers:

Again, consistency and being committed. If you get BombBomb, get the yearly subscription. It's the best value you'll get. What we do is, after getting a potential lead at an open house, we immediately send them a BombBomb video. In fact, we like to do it before we even leave the open house so they remember the background we were in. I'll take a little video saying, for example: "Hey April! It's Neal from the open house, over here at 123 Main Street. It was great to meet you. Thanks for coming by — I really liked the conversation we had. If you have any questions, you can reach me at XYZ number or ABC email, I really hope you have a great rest of the afternoon and I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend."


It seems like you also do a lot of press.

Canlas Brothers: 

We do. We do a lot of public speaking. We do a lot of press. We've been on the news recently. We love it. People always wonder, how did you guys gain so much success so fast? At the end of the day, we're genuine, we love what we do, and we leverage these technologies like Chime and like BombBomb. We work hard, though. You can't just get Chime and then suddenly have 50 million in sales. You have to use it every single day. You have to talk to your clients and be on top of everything. You can't just buy something and expect it to do all the work. But if you use something and integrate it into your systems every single day, you will see results.
