Bourbon Chicken and Zucchini Fritters
Chef Dolores made some of her wonderful zucchini fritters to have with some bourbon chicken for dinner. My wine selection was Aglianico Beneventano Epicuro 2014, a red wine from Italy. This was a good choice.

Chef Dolores outdid her self with this menu. It is almost time for me to go down and get dinner ready, and we are having spaghetti with spinach and fresh little San Marzano tomatoes, and of course we will pick an Italian wine from our closet. Roy you are a lucky man. Thanks for the recipe. A
