As you can see by the statistical graphs below, home sales and prices stayed very consistent during 2017. The first graphic is for Cheyenne, WY Residential Properties and shows the entire year. Note how all the numbers all stay relatively similar in all four remaining quarters. 

In October 2017, the Wyoming Tribune posted this headline: 

"Wyoming economic growth in 2017 may have hit ceiling
Wyomingites anxious for another economic boom might want to temper their expectations of returning to levels seen before the 2015 bust, according to experts.
In the latest edition of the quarterly Wyoming MACRO Report – focusing on employment, energy, state revenues and other indicators pertaining to the state – economists found slow but positive growth after nine months of 2017, said Jim Robinson, principal economist at the state Economic Analysis Division."
This may be the reason behind the consistency in the Cheyenne Real Estate Market
