Reverence, in Summerlin, is a 300-acre village developed by Pulte Homes in collaboration with the Howard Hughes Corp. The village was recognized by the National Association of Home Builders National Sales and Marketing Council as a Gold Award Honoree in two categories – Best Graphic Continuity and Best Signage.
Reverence Village has also been recognized as a Silver Award Honoree for Best Master-Planned Community of the Year and for Best Marketing Print Advertisement. Silver Award Winners have collected the top amount of votes in each category and are finalists for the Gold Award. Awards were presented at the International Builders’ Show in Orlando on January 9.
Jason Demuth, division director of marketing for PulteGroup, stated “To be recognized with an award of this scale for a master-plan still in its infancy is remarkable. We are honored to be among so many other great communities nationwide. We knew we had something special with Reverence, when more than 2,500 prospective homebuyers visited the community during its grand opening weekend in mid-June.”
Demuth also mentioned that all released home sites in Reverence were sold within the first few weeks. The village has surpassed the goals set for each month after and has exceeded Pulte’s anticipated sales volume and is positioned to continue on that path for 2018.
The community features six new home collections that feature 23 floor plans inspired by consumers – designs of the homes are contemporary and transitional and inspired by prairie, farmhouse, hacienda and desert styles. The homes are offered in a variety of sizes and prices located on an elevated ridgeline just west of the 215 Beltway between West Lake Mead and Cheyenne Avenue and very close to Red Rock Canyon.
Two of the home neighborhoods are perfect for young families, move-up buyers and empty- nesters. The homes are single and two-story floor plans that range in size from 1,579 to over 2,806 square feet and prices start in the high $300,000s.
The other four collections are more upscale designed for upscale more affluent families and empty-nesters as well as people looking for a second home. These neighborhoods are all in a guard gated area of Reverence. These homes range from 2,156 to 4,815 square feet and feature single-story or two-story homes that are priced from the low $500,000s. This area of Reverence also offers lots for estate homes.
Bottom Line – The village of Reverence has something for everyone plus a park, walking trails and an indoor/ outdoor recreation center within the community and all the amenities Summerlin has to offer.
