Tina - this is a great listing and sure seems like a great price! Does this mean that Palm Desert is a good buy in general or that your prices are still recovering or that your market just didn't take the hit that other areas in CA did? Looks move-in ready, crisp and clean - wish our homes in that price range did......

This is a great price for the area it is in. Some homes sell in the million dollar range near this property. Considering the upgrades already completed on the home definitely makes it "move-in" ready. The Palm Desert market is -31.2% away from the all time median high of $543,000 in 2006 for a single family home. The median price right now is around $347,500 for Palm Desert but the market is definitely in favor of sellers because inventory is low.
