18425 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu has generated a lot of interest, one buyer actually went into Escrow with us and things were moving along smoothly. I have continued receiving calls from people as they drove by my sign. Next thing I know for some reason the calls slowed... so just out of curiosity I went by and wow. Someone stole the sign. Keep in mind Pacific Coast Highway is busy with local traffic and to boot from Tourist Traffic as well. I was a bit disappointed since it took some effort to get rid of my sign...
Never the less I am Happy to Report the buyer has removed all their contingencies. Now we are just waiting for the rest of the funds to arrive.
Just on a side note I would love to know who would go through that much trouble? This is a difficult sell as well as a difficult build. Once it is completed after a great deal of time, money and effort this will be a fantastic home with a huge upside. I can hardly wait to see the finished product.
This land falls under the jurisdiction of the California Coastal Commission as well as the Los Angeles Hillside Ordinance.
In spite of all these challenges the buyer has a vision to build a fantastic home with 270 degree views of the ocean!
