What I Learned This Week At ActiveRain January 21 to January 27, 2018.
I learn something new every day at ActiveRain! With this series, I try to highlight one post per day that gave me that “lightbulb” moment. It could be something techie, something about Real Estate, about a place or person! Or it could be a post that made me sit up and take notice!
January 21: Margaret Rome Don't Expect to Be Spoon Fed
Mentors...yes! Classes...yes! But listen to Margaret ... no spoons here!
January 22: Doug Jones We All Try
I had to smile with this one! It’s not for everyone so no need to judge but if you don’t smile, well….
January 23: Gayle Rich-Boxman Being Right or Being Kind
Kindness shines from within some people (like Gayle). Have you ever been around someone who had to be right no matter what and more than that, they had to make sure that everyone knew it? This is a good one to take with you through the day.
January 24: Mike Cooper You really don't have to request repairs if there is nothing to repair.
It falls under the category of "just because you can doesn't mean you have to or should."
June 25: Andrew Mooers Don't Neglect the Sound in Your Real Estate Video Audio
This was so timely because just this week I tried to watch a video but the sound was awful. It's too bad because the visual part of the video looked good.
January 26: Kat Palmiotti Hiking Log-Jail Time
How intriguing! You have to read this...make up your own story!
January 27: Emily Medvec A Blessing is More Than a Kind Word in a Santa Fe Walgreens.
Seriously, I got goosebumps reading this. Made me stop and think!
Don't forget to check out Carol Williams Second Chance Saturday posts as well. I always find a post or two that I missed.
Thank you for letting me do what I love to do each day... learn something new!
