First of all, 2017 was a banner year for Rothwell Realty and it would be so easy to just say, "keep up what worked so well in 2018" and leave it at that.
But that's just not going to fly with me.
There have been several goals on my wish list that just never got any traction in the past. When business starts to kick in and there just isn't enough time to pursue certain favorite goals, well, I make excuses why I'm better off not spending more time on them.
So here is what I need to keep an eye on in 2018:
Lead generation and then total concentration on sales.
Have someone else handle my day to day office tasks, plus website updating, marketing. Basically, I need an assistant. I know it will be hard to give up that control, but I'll have to start.
Build a small sales team to handle growing number of sales.
So, is that too much to ask?
