Why should I use a builders preferred lender?

Why should I use a builders preferred lender In Walnut Bend?

What are the benefits of using one of their lenders versus my own lender?  Won't my Realtor know a lender? These are questions every new homeowner asks. There are so many lenders to choose from but getting the best deal and best service is important when buying a new home! That's why it could be better for you to use a builders preferred lender.

Builders may not insist for you to use a preferred lender.  I would suggest shopping for the best loan  product available that fits your situation.

Builder Incentives

We have over twelve communities and a few select preferred lenders. Using our builders preferred lender could cost you less.  Builders can not require  you to use an affiliate lender.  Right now, when purchasing your new home and choosing to work with a preferred lender you could save money.  The amount will depend on your home purchase.  Your savings will be applied at closing.  Right now, our preferred lender is covering the buyers title policy.

Closing On Time

We work with the same lenders daily.  They are familiar with our process. Our lenders will answer phone calls, text and emails.  They know our process and are eager to assist.

Good morning Melissa. Using a builder's preferred lender can yield huge benefits like an upgraded appliance package or no closing costs. Dare to compare but be wise in choice. Enjoy your day!

Good morning Melissa. I agree with Wayne above but think that talking with your agent and getting suggestions is always a good idea.
