It's February and Love is in the air!
This contest is all about a transaction that you loved to handle because it made you feel so good. This contest
is not limited to Realtors...Home Stagers, Mortgage Professionals, Contractors; all AR members are encouraged to join in. Here are some prompts for posts: What was/were the best aspect(s) of the transaction? Did you help First Time Buyers find / finance / renovate the perfect home? Were you able to help find the light at the end of the tunnel for someone in extremely difficult circumstances? Were you working with Seniors or a Military Relocation with special requirements?
Since I am a positive person (!) I am positive that you have had more than one transaction that you loved, so you will be rewarded for each story that you share with 750 points each (limit 3...ActiveRain is generous, but let's not get crazy!)
Contest begins February 1st and ends February 28th at 11:59pm Pacific Time.

2) Be as specific as you can without compromising confidentiality!
3) Share what you learned from the transaction and did it make you look at other transactions differently?

This is a contest brought back from a prior year and one that I would love to make
