Leave it to Lou to remind us that it's not the material things in life that bring us so much. For anyone who has come to the place in their lives where they are happy and grateful for what they have...they have received the miracle of life.

The Miracle of Gratitude

“The miracle of gratitude is that it shifts your perception

to such an extent that it changes the world you see.”

Dr. Robert Holder

As I see it . . . . . . .

The miracle of gratitude

A person can live in a constant state of want . . . . and never feel fulfilled.

Another person can live their life in a continued state of gratitude . . . . and be appreciative for the people and thing that are in their life.

The person with the miracle of gratitude in their life. . . . seems to have less baggage to carry . . . . and tends to live a richer life.

Gratitude is not about the house you live in . . . . it’s about the home you make.

It’s not about the car that you drive . . . . it’s about enjoying the ride.

Gratitude is not about what you have . . . . it’s being thankful for the goals you achieve.

The miracle of gratitude . . . . is in your heart . . . . and that spirit attracts people that will support you . . . . and puts your goals within your reach.

I like this sentence.  Understanding it fully, allows us to look beyond material things.
