Why are more people buying new homes versus pre-owned homes? That is a great question! I’m sure I could list many great reasons to buy a new home in 2018. Melissa all good reasons, we have such a huge shortage of new construction....mostly because the rules are so challenging for builders to get a new house built... so most of our buyers are forced to buy an older home...Endre

All great reasons, Melissa, to buy new construction! Those warranties are wonderful - I have a buyer who is purchasing a resale right now and we have had to request a structural repair from the builder. Absolutely ZERO issues - done and DONE! I love when new construction gives even in resales! LOL
