Walkabout Wednesday at Outback Steakhouse, Germantown, MD

 

Chef Dolores and I always enjoy the Walkabout Wednesday special dinner available at the Outback Steakhouse in Germantown, Maryland. This $9.99 special is available only on Wednesdays. The dinner includes a six ounce center- cut sirloin, a side (we substitute broccoli for the fries) and a lite beer or Coke product. We add an order of sauteed button mushrooms, at $2.99) to share with our steaks. We tried one of their current bar specials, the $6.00 Sydney Boomerang Flight of four beers to sample. I have always enjoyed Outback!  We have to go to Flagstaff (about an hour away). When we lived in California there was one 5 minutes from our house.
