They include getting you in the the houses that you want to see, gathering information about the home and negotiating a strong offer. Other items include providing my honest opinion of the value of the home as well as provide to you comparable sales. It continues with recommending quality service providers to help you, such as lenders and attorney.I'm not afraid to sell buyers to back away from a home, or this house appears to be the best value on the market based on your criteria at this point. 

In addition when I am helping a seller client, I start working for you the minute you contact me.  I initially review your tax card, any listing history of your home and housing activity in your neighborhood. I love talking marketing, home preparation, pricing and negations strategy when it goes to Danbury,CT area real estate.
