In January of 2018, California associations of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that a median list price of a home and a condo was $790,000 in Pasadena, California in December of 2017 declined from $803,750 in November of 2017, but increased from $744,375 in December of 2016. The average price per square foot of a home and a condo was $551.00 in December of 2017 higher from $531.00 in November of 2017, and rose from $498.00 in December of 2016 in Pasadena, California.

Homes and condos averaged 24.8 days in the market in December of 2017, down from 32.0 days in November of 2017, and declined from 48.3 days in December of 2016. While, an average there were 2.2 months inventory of homes and condos available in the market in December of 2017, decreased from 2.7 months in November of 2017, and dropped from 2.5 months in December of 2016, in Pasadena, California according to C.A.R in January of 2018.
