This weekend has been darn right cold! Friday my buyers came to terms on an offer submitted earlier in the week. Friday night we celebrated Geno's birthday with family and friends at our local Mesa Rosa Restaurant Mexican style! So much fun and laughter..good for the soul! Saturday many of the family came to watch Hudson play flag football  and all froze in the cold wet weather! He came away with a medal for sportsmanship and 2 touchdowns so was worth it! Sunday met my buyer out at the house they won the offer on to do some measuring..all good!

Just FYI: In case you didn't know Texans love their BBQ.... Do you know the Top 50 BBQ joints in Texas? Check these out!! Valentines Day is this Wednesday and one of these might be a good choice.

Good morning Dorie - I heard that it was cold in Texas.  On Saturday, we arrived at our Florida home.  Nice to be out of the cold weather for a little bit.  It was 19 when we left New York.

Do not understand this weather this year Dorie,  we had 4 inches of snow on Saturday, today high is 26 and on Wednesday we are up to 63.
