This is a great way to give buyers peace of mind when buying a home Rodney. Around here there would be plenty of lenders in the red if they offered this incentive.

Thanks Debe!  We are also seeing Buyers get their offers accepted just because the Seller liked that assurance of a stronger ability to close on time.
