--The number of single family homes that closed for December 2017 was 12.

 

--The average list price for single family homes that closed for December 2017 was $253,691.

 

--The average sale price for single family homes that closed for December 2017 was $251,983.

 

--The average days on market for single family homes that closed for December 2017 was 8. 

  

Prairie Village Real Estate Market Analysis

My expectation for the home market for 2017 is continued low inventory of homes for sale in Prairie Village as well as other portions of North Johnson County.  However, it is reasonable to anticipate that there will be an increase in Buyer demand for listings of homes for sale in Prairie Village which will continue to help improve sales growth and home values.
