Debbie, it is amazing what people remember just driving around!

I laugh when this happens or they call and say can you tell me about this house? I ask which house and where they are and they have no idea. i guess we are to be telekinetic.

Wow what a request, I always educate my buyers that Paint Fixes a lot of sins of a house, on the other hand we can not change location, Endre

Debbie, I've had a few calls like that, and finally found the properties.  It is like looking for a needle in a haystack. :)

Oddly enough I have a knack for that.  I have people call frequently with a color and I figure it out with enough questions

Most colors around here are those neutral ones. There is a city just north of us who controls what colors are acceptable. If you deviate from those colors they simply turn the water off to your home. No freedom of choice

Good morning Debbie.  In our neck of the desert, the majority of us live in a brown house.  Oh, it may be tan, beige or some other shade of brown but still brown. Imagine that.

Hi Debbie.  Interestingly I had someone call me yesterday asking about a home with the green carpet in the bedroom.  No clue as to location, just a home with a green carpet in the bedroom.

Hello Debbie,  Love it, find a house by a color, did you know that 85% of all men are color blind.

Hahahaha. That's quite a job. I think  I'd find the right house first, and then consider painting it the color I wanted...but hey, we're all different, right? 

Debbie that's funny! I don't believe I've ever had a client ask for a specific color house. Paint is cheap! Find the right floor plan and amenities and then just paint it if you don't like the color.

Debbie, that's what happens when buyers drive around by themselves. It's harder to find an address often, so the fact that it's blue and 2-story with a dynamite view of the ocean, is not a bad description.
