I recently received a call from someone looking to refinance a current mortgage. She had already been approved by Rocket Mortgage but a Realtor friend suggested that maybe the easy way wasn't the smartest way to get a mortgage. She called, sent me her disclosures and I was shocked to see the excessive costs being charged - or in this case added to her current principal balance. I guess someone has to pay for the advertising. Thanks Rocket for sending me another client for life.

Not only are the costs high, but the 4 times my clients just had to use them they ran late costing my clients a lot of money
