The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles with a population just over 50,677. The Town of Parker is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community. It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer. You will find many locally owned businesses and restaurants.
Parker fared better than other Cities around the Denver metro area, and actually saw similar numbers to November's sales. The Ah HA moment was seeing just 4 homes under the $400K price point. I suspect we won't see any homes under this number in the next few months once the spring buying season gets going full blast.
