It’s Super Bowl Sunday so I’m going to keep this short and sweet for all of our benefits! It was a mixed bag in condos, with new listings, new escrows, a sale and one price change. Here is your update:

New Listings:

Puamana 24D is available for $449K since last selling for $340K in 10/13. Purchased in 10/00 for $130K, Hale Moi 114 is priced at $595K. Sealodge E3 sold for $46K in 9/75 and is on the MLS for $719K.

Back on the Market:

For a second time, Pali Ke Kua 13 is back on the market after going into escrow. Purchased in 3/13 for $425K, it increased in price from $545Kto $575K. You’ll also see this unit under Price Changes.

Contingent:

Plantation 922 is in escrow again, since falling out the first time on 1/18. It sold for $380K in 9/11 and is priced at $629K. Villas of ” 9 found a buyer after 177 days priced at $775K. The seller bought this condo in 6/08 for $890K.

Sales:

Kamahana 8 sold for the list price of $425K. The prior sale was in 1/80 for $91K.

Withdrawn:

After only 59 days, Cliffs 9203, priced at $789K, was withdrawn. The seller bought this unit for $625K in 10/03.

Price changes:

As noted previously, Pali Ke Kua increased in price to $575K.

No on to Princeville Kauai single family homes for sale. It is unusual that there were no new home listings this past week but there are four new escrows!

3959 Kalakaua Place is in escrow with a list price of $775K. The home sold for $675K in 7/13. 5010 Kapiolani found a buyer in 50 days while priced at $797K. The last sale was in 2/00 for $352K.

4133 Rooke Place went into escrow. The home is priced at $1.149M and last sold as land in 6/03 for $320K. Priced at $1.250M, 5295 Pokii Lane is in escrow. It was purchased in 1/16 for $600K.

Sales:

3814 Iluna Place sold for the list price of $748K. The seller bought this house in 2/95 for $230K.

Withdrawn:

5245 Honoiki, priced at $1.088M, was withdrawn afater 119 dayson the market. The home was purchased for $360K in 9/92.

Price Changes:

4221 Kekuanaoa is now $2.995M, down from $3.1M. It sold in 4/11 for $1.1M.

That’s it for this week. Along with the Super Bowl we also have high surf with which is always fun. Lots of albatross cruising by while Nene pick at the expansive “front lawn.” Even saw a few whales this week. Love the winter!
