Corona del Mar Home Values 2/4/2018

This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.4 percent, new homes are up 1.6 percent and resale condos are up 1.1 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 5.9 percent, down 5.9 percent on condos and up 0.9 percent for new homes. 

Corona del Mar Zip Code 92625 sales prices are up 42.9 percent and the sales volume is down 8.7 percent.

Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 6.6 percent and the sales volume is down 13.0 percent.

Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 3.3 percent and the sales volume is up 83.7 percent.

Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are up 2.4 and the sales volume is up 10.9 percent.

Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices up 7.7 percent and the sales volume is down 11.0 percent.

Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are down 5.2 percent and the sales volume up 4.4 percent.

San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are up 4.7 percent and the sales volume is down 30.0 percent.

San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 5.3 percent and the sales volume is down 40.0 percent.

Look at the increase in Corona del Mar sales price that is significant.  Sales volume is down big in San Clemente and up big in Mission Viejo 92692. However we  see that the prices are up across the board.  We have to see over the next couple of weeks where the market lands.
