"The only way to be a great boss is to be a great player." ~ Tony Robbins Blog
No matter who you are cheering for in tonight's Super Bowl, you have to admit Tom Brady is a great leader. He has poise under fire, an accurate throwing arm, and he's tall, handsome and smart.
You don't have to have those last few qualities to be a great leader, but it never, ever hurt anyone who was majestic, good looking and intelligent, my friend.
Brady's confidence on the field is inspiring. He interprets the opponent's defensive moves and has the ability to switch plays on the fly. He shows he's smart because he has to have memorized the entire playbook. The team has to know the playbook thoroughly too. This makes for cohesion, working together as one. Team spirit.
An added bonus is the winners get sent to Disneyland, where they stand in the VIP line!!
Brady has a respect for and cohesion with his coach Belichick. They work in tandem. Ever hear of a great coach with a weak quarterback?? No. Me either.
They make lightning in a bottle together. Right place. Right time. Right talent.
As the CEO, or Broker, or Team Leader, or Manager, or Head-of-Household, develop a solid working relationship with the people who make it happen for you.
Keep communications flowing. Being able to communicate effectively is an invaluable trait. Brady gets to voice his opinion on strategies and plays. He's has previous Super Bowl experience. Who could ask for anything more?
There is one more thing; Tom Brady is married to a super model.
See??? Tall, handsome and smart win every time.
Have a great time watching the Super Bowl tonight. Hope you have enough chips and dip.
