New home sales are still strong in all areas of the Las Vegas Valley – and Summerlin is no exception. There are six neighborhoods in Summerlin that are almost completely sold out.
Four of the areas are in the Paseos Village – Capistrano and Sarasota by CalAtlantic Homes, Estrella by Pulte Homes and Belmonte by Woodside Homes. Vistara by Pulte Homes located in the Cliffs Village and in the Ridges Village is Sterling Ridge by William Lyon Homes.
The homes in the Paseos Village offer scenic views due to the elevation of the village at the base of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. The Paseos includes many schools, parks and trails making it an ideal location for families. Capistrano offers four two-story floor plans ranging from 2,557 to 3,020 square feet and the homes are priced from the mid $400,000s. Sarasota has six floor plans available that range from 2,189 to 2,572 square feet and unusual designs – the prices start in the high $300,000s.
Estrella has both single and two-story homes that offer 2,058 to 2,455 square feet and range from the high $300,000s to mid $500,000s. Belmonte offers three unique floor plans ranging from 3,202 to 3,934 square feet and priced from the high $500,000s to the mid $600,000s
The Cliffs Village – Summerlin’s southernmost village is home to Vistara and many schools, parks, trails and a community center. Vistara offers six single-story and two-story homes ranging from 2,156 to 2,599 square feet – prices are in the high $400,000s.
The Ridges Village features Sterling Ridge offering homes that a homebuyer can add many personal touches without building a custom home. The three floor plans range from 3,546 to 4,180 square feet and are priced in the low $900,000s.
