Climb Real Estate is a market-leader in the San Francisco Bay Area. We talked to them about the approach they use to build their brand. Here's a brief sample of our conversation.
What's one thing that you do to promote listings that has been very successful?
We understand that a good listing agent is selling the neighborhood and the lifestyle, not just the house. As a result, we create custom maps for our listings because a lot of buyers aren't from this area. The maps show the area surrounding the listings and identify the location of amenities like restaurants, shops, schools and more. Those maps have been extremely popular.
What's the advantage of using a layered marketing approach?
We don't focus on one marketing opportunity. We use Zillow, social media, Facebook and more. As a result, consumers see us everywhere they go. It's a great way to catch a consumer before they make it to Zillow or another brokerage's website. The best thing you can do is to get in front of your prospects on a consistent basis.
