I do miss Lou's upbeat posts. My choice has always been to be happy, seek happiness, and surround myself with happy people. It may sound a bit like Disneyworld but it's still my choice. And let me tell you, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Happiness is a lifetime journey and a choice
Happiness is a choice and you and only can decide . . . . if you’re going to be happy or not. Happiness is a life long journey . . . . and it’s your choice if you would take the journey or if you let the journey pass by without you.
You won’t find yourself waking up one day . . . . and to find yourself automatically being happy. Happiness is the accumulation of many moments in our life . . . . and learning to enjoy those moments.
Your attitude is also a big factor in finding happiness . . . . in your life.
When you feel happy with your life you are enjoying your moments . . . . and feeling the emotion of happiness.
At times your life’s journey may be challenging . . . . find happiness in your ability to cope with your challenges. At other times it will feel like your life is an expressway . . . . and thing are all coming your way.
Your life is a series of temporary events . . . . and each one offering you an opportunity to find happiness.
Happiness is a lifetime journey and a choice. Stays focused on your desired outcome and as you move through your success journey. The key is to enjoy the journey . . . .and find happiness in the moments.
