Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - February 4-10, 2018

Below are the new single family homes that came on the market in Monroe NY during the first full week of February 2018. There were three new listings added. Total inventory remained flat with 67 available homes. The same story continues - now is an excellent time to sell your home!!!

 

The new listings that were added to Monroe real estate inventory were:

This is a foreclosure.

 

22 Veteran Circle, MLS #4804063, listed at $339,900. The second home this week is a four bedroom, two and a half bath bi-level ranch style home with ~1,850 square feet. There are hardwood floors and a family room with fireplace. The home also has an in-ground pool, deck and two car garage. It is located on a cul-de-sac.

 

3 Frances Lane, MLS #4804479, listed at $539,900. This property is a colonial style home in the Twin Lakes development of Monroe. There are four bedrooms, two and a half baths, 2,734 square feet of living space and 1.1 acre of property. The kitchen has a 48" commercial refrigerator, double wall oven and beverage/wine refrigerator. There are hardwood floors, ceramic tile, french doors, tiled backsplash and a family room with stone fireplace. Outside, there is an in-ground heated pool with pool house, yard and professional landscaping.
