Construction continues at the new planned community of The Preserve in northeast Carlsbad, bordering Oceanside, with some significant changes since January 2018.
Two communities of new homes are being released, with estimated move-in dates of April/May, in addition to the current inventory of resale homes in Carlsbad.
Acacia is a community of 48 2-story paired homes (twin homes), offering 1,934 – 2,011 SF of living space, up to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and 2-car attached garages plus private fenced yards. Prices begin at $695,990 and $709,990 for the 2 floor plans.
BLUE SAGE HOMES:
Blue Sage, a neighborhood of 102 2-story triplex town homes, is also releasing the first phase. These town homes will offer up to 1,842 SF of living space, 3 to 4 bedrooms depending on floor plan, 2.5 baths, attached 2-car garages and fenced yards. Pricing starts at $588,990 for the 3 floor plans, with the largest starting at $679,990.
